I specialize in three primary services for wellness authors:

• Manuscript Editing (developmental and copy editing for wellness, chronic illness, and self-help books)

• Ghostwriting (helping wellness professionals turn their expertise into published books)

• Self-Publishing Consulting (guiding authors through the entire publishing process)

I also offer translation (Macedonian ↔ English ↔ Serbian), subtitling, and content creation services for wellness brands and health practitioners.

I bring both professional editorial expertise (15+ years, 200+ projects) AND lived experience as a chronic illness warrior and published author. I understand:

Do you work with authors outside of wellness topics?

While wellness books are my specialty, I occasionally take on other projects (literary fiction, memoirs, academic content). Feel free to reach out and we can discuss if I'm the right fit for your project.

What's the difference between developmental editing and copy editing?

Developmental Editing focuses on the big picture:

• Structure and organization

• Narrative flow and pacing

• Chapter sequencing

Copy Editing focuses on sentence-level refinement:

• Grammar, punctuation, syntax

How long does editing take?

Typical timelines for a 60,000-80,000 word manuscript:

• Developmental edit: 4-6 weeks

• Copy edit: 3-4 weeks

• Both: 6-8 weeks

Timelines can be adjusted based on your needs and my current workload.

What if I need to reschedule due to health reasons?

I completely understand! As someone living with lupus, I know that chronic illness doesn't follow our schedules. I build flexibility into my timelines and work with you to find a pace that honors both your health and your book goals.

Just communicate with me as soon as possible, and we'll adjust the timeline together.

How does the revision process work?

For editing projects:

• You receive your edited manuscript with track changes and comments

• Detailed editorial letter explaining my feedback

• One round of revisions included based on your questions or concerns

• Follow-up consultation available if needed

Will you rewrite my book?

No - I preserve YOUR voice and vision. My job is to help your message shine, not to make it sound like me. I offer suggestions, highlight areas for improvement, and give you the tools to strengthen your manuscript, but the final decisions are always yours.
